docs: add Kontakte and Beteiligte to the guided tour and feature table - #7

The Rundgang tour gains the two screens the app gained alongside Funktionen: Kontakte (the brigade phone book from Stammdaten, with search and the dial button) and Beteiligte (one card per person at this incident). Hotspot coordinates come from the rendered 1920x1032 demo frames. The tour count goes 11 -> 13, and the Was-Lagebuch-kann table plus the demo GIF alt text cover both modules. The screenshot files themselves are synced, not committed: the frames land with CodeForFire/lagebuch#508, on whose merge this build depends. The dots sat centred on the Name/Telefon/Notiz boxes, which read as floating over empty space because the demo screenshot renders the first card's Telefon and Notiz values blank. Name now points at the rendered name text, Telefon at its column label, Notiz at the visible Notiz of the second card (the first card's row is not drawn), and Entfernen stays on the delete button. The coordinates were measured on a frame without the Rückzugsalarm, Atemschutz and Aufgaben banners. The current screenshot shows them, which pushes the cards down by about 170 px, so Name, Telefon and Entfernen pointed into the banner area. They now sit on the first card. The first card does render its Telefon and Notiz, so the Notiz copy quotes that card again.
