vcml_regenerate_maththen reproduces those older documents' original dynamics. This covers 15 flux steps in the public corpus.I verified the change locally: with the fix cherry-picked onto the previous pin, a native build regenerated all 6 affected corpus documents. vcell-core's math oracle then matched them, as recorded in vcell-core #109 (D78).
