- spark skill list/sync: discover SKILL.md dirs across project, global and builtin skill locations (version-aware dedup), copy to a target dir - spark hub scan: scan git repos and emit innate-apps registry/apps.json format with GitHub API enrichment and curated-field merge - fix getCwdAndBinaryPath: strings.Lines keeps trailing newlines, so the lsof field labels never matched (darwin test now passes) - add github.GetRepo for single-repo metadata with GITHUB_TOKEN support - BDD tests for internal/skill and internal/collection - docs: zh/en usage pages, README command tables, AGENTS.md, navigation
