Summary

• Remove only the homepage hero “View on GitHub” CTA and its unused wrapper/styles.
• Preserve the header GitHub icon, every product Website/GitHub link, hero copy and existing hero padding.
• Extend the website regression test to guard the absent CTA and retained destinations.

Validation

• Website Playwright suite: 4 passed, including both themes and responsive widths.
• Desktop light and narrow dark renders inspected; hero spacing remains balanced with no empty CTA wrapper.
• Public repository hygiene scan and git diff checks passed.

Production homepage verification will follow the normal protected merge and automatic deployment.
