Why

The browser favicon still used SQLClean's old dotted logo and reserved too much height for padding. Header and README branding had already been corrected.

Changes

• Reuse the approved plain database/green-leaf icon-only artwork, filling 124 by 104 pixels of the 128px canvas rather than the old 90px artwork height.
• Update adaptive SVG, light PNG and legacy icon PNG; add a dark PNG and 16/32/48px ICO fallback.
• Unify homepage/docs references with versioned URLs and theme-aware PNG fallbacks. Keep ICO implicit so it cannot override adaptive artwork.

Verification

• Website build and link check: 21 pages, zero broken links; docs skill, ruff, public hygiene and diff checks pass.
• Headed Chromium screenshots show actual native tab icons, not header logos.
• Warm-cache test navigated from old unversioned artwork to the versioned icon. Chrome's favicon database confirms homepage/docs use the new SVG with 16px and 32px bitmaps in both themes; database pixels change from dark ink to white.
• Exact served asset hashes checked; no icon redesign or package release.
