Looks OK to remove 3.13. (But we'll probably be adding a new similar split here in the near future.)

Steve suggested to hold off removing the Windows cleanup (#464) for a bit just in case of more surprises, so let's also hold on a bit here. |

I think we're good now, the last 3.13 didn't have installers. Merging this and #464. Easy enough to revert if we need them back. |

Python 3.13 is now security-only and source-only.

We only have installers for 3.14+, remove the handling for the 3.13/3.14 split.
Also simplify regex, files are now named like
python-3.14.0-macos11.pkg notpython-3.8.0-macosx10.9.pkg`.
