Update rust lockfile in Dependabot and remove unused Cargo junit profile - #216

The rust template keeps rust/ as a standalone crate with its own Cargo.lock, but Dependabot only watched the root lockfile, so rust/Cargo.lock changed only during version bumps. Watch both directories. [profile.test.junit] is not a Cargo setting and made every build print "unused manifest key: profile.test.junit". nextest already writes JUnit output from rust/.config/nextest.toml. Two fixes for the Rust templates.
The
rusttemplate keepsrust/as a standalone crate with its ownCargo.lock, but Dependabot only watched/, sorust/Cargo.lockwas only refreshed bycargo updateduring version bumps. The Cargo entry now lists both/and/rust.rustjswasmuses a root workspace whose lockfile already coversrust/, so it is unchanged.[profile.test.junit]is not a Cargo setting. It made every build printwarning: unused manifest key: profile.test.junit(once forrust, twice forrustjswasm). JUnit output for nextest is already configured by[profile.default.junit]inrust/.config/nextest.toml, so the key is removed frompython/rust/rust/Cargo.toml.jinjaandpython/rustjswasm/Cargo.toml.jinja.Generated both variants from
mainand from this branch withcopier copy --vcs-ref, then rancargo checkin the root and inrust/.mainprinted the warning; this branch prints none, and neither has build errors. The generateddependabot.yamlparses.
