[sh1pt-actions-fleet]

Add explicit dev2 edge routes for auctions.pit.world and art.auctions.pit.world to the pit.world app on port 8787. This closes the HTTPS gap for the Art Auctions House aliases while retaining the existing upload size and gzip settings. Add a render test for the routes.
