• Backport of FIX / Fix mandatory fields check on updates made during item creation #1337 (11.0/bugfixes).

Creating an item with an assignee and filled mandatory fields showed a false "mandatory fields are empty" error and left the ticket in the "New" status, because the internal status update made during the add was checked against values not stored yet. Updates made during the add are now checked against the values submitted on the add.
