Records the verified bb8fb0a release artifacts and the unresolved live compatibility gate. Framework PR11 and demo PR8 are merged; all exact-source CI, security, container, native package/image and paired documentation checks pass. Docs PR8 is validated but its Pages merge requires the pending explicit approval.
The stronger hosted preflight still fails on the first response at4096 output tokens. One isolated diagnostic with the verified packaged binary also fails at25000; it was charged to the original shared ledger without changing repository defaults or resetting the task envelope. The handoff separates observed calls, known usage and retained uncertainty, and records the superseded unpublished v0.4.0 draft. No release-readiness or successful full-remediation claim is made.
Only execution documentation changes. Validation: diff whitespace check, local documentation links, independent evidence review, actual artifact digests and remote PR/release state. Code under test remains bb8fb0a (merged by39ed172a8d7f2bc6c43e6ade7aeaa79ff01e1dfa); this PR is an evidence-only checkpoint.
