Releases mcpp 2026.11.3.1 and selects the published openkal-platform 0.23.2 group by default. The group fixes the published musl image-loader dependency mismatch through musl 0.27.2 and LLVM runtime 0.18.3. os 0.2.8 and the complete group are now released, mirrored and indexed.
The std module uses the selected platform's compile flags and BMI identity. Provided packaging formats receive the requested compression through
MCPP_PACK_COMPRESS. Layer requirements are checked after resolution; downloads have a bounded stalled-transfer timeout. Runner cache collection rejects malformed versions and preserves native Windows paths. Object-only packages include all their compile objects in Ninja defaults, so musl builds its 1,332 own C objects as required by the unchanged symbol checks. The build-program preparation code moves into a separate translation unit without changing its function bodies.English and Chinese usage documentation, release notes and the implementation design records describe these changes. The manifest and compiled version both report 2026.11.3.1. The bootstrap pin remains a separate post-publication change.
Validation:
Tracks #885 (T5). The complete ecosystem release chain is tracked separately by that issue.
