Why

0.84.0 redrew the sidebar as a tree of sessions and moved the Pulls screen to an index across the panel, so the landing page's drawn window no longer looked like lich.

What

• Sidebar in the tour. Each worktree is a checkout row (branch, pull request, changes) with its session hanging from it on the tree's line, and one session carries a child to show a second level. Sessions have names of their own, as lich gives them, in the panes, the browser toast and the handoff's MCP calls. Rows are 34px with a 22px node, the elbow leaves the parent's ring column and curves 5px into the child's ring (native/DESIGN.md).
• Motion. In Start a task, the new checkout's row opens and its ring draws, then the session's row opens, the line runs down to it, its ring draws round from its left and the provider mark comes in last, with sidebar_tree_motion.go's timings.
• Rings. Every ring is a conic sweep so it can draw round; the busy arc and the checks spinner are drawn at an even width instead of a tapering border-top, and the provider mark is 13px.
• Pulls. The index fills the panel (title, filter, OPEN, New pull request, equal-width tabs, rows with author, age and branch and the checks column); the tour opens a pull request in its place, with the breadcrumb and 1 of 4 stepper, the title row with Open in Session, Merge and …, the meta line, the tabs with the diff count, and an Overview with the description under its ⋯ and the facts column.
• Feature cards. Subagents, Know which one needs you and Run a session confined are tree rows; the last two show the row's tooltip with its status and path. "A card turns amber" reads "A session's ring turns amber" in every language.

The tour's markup is shared by the seven landing pages, so every language gets the same change.
