Same treatment as the master README:

  • Centered header: Echo logo with light and dark variants, tagline with "Echo v4 maintenance line", badges, and a link row (v4 API reference, upgrade to v5, website, discussions, commercial support).
  • IMPORTANT alert for the v4.16.3 client IP migration; the section anchor linked from CHANGELOG.md and SECURITY.md is unchanged.
  • Example output in a console block.
  • Third-party middleware list in a collapsed <details> section.

Reviewed by Codex: no findings.

Add a centered header with the Echo logo for light and dark themes, the
tagline, badges and a link row. Flag the v4.16.3 client IP migration with an
IMPORTANT alert, show the example's output, and fold the third-party
middleware list into a collapsed section.
Use a bold note instead of a GitHub alert, and load the logos from master by
absolute URL instead of adding a copy to the v4 branch.
