The payments overview (browsers/payments.mdx) walked through vault items, operations, and provider-specific mechanics, but didn't help a reader decide which payment option to use. This rewrites it as a decision page, using the same structure as the auth overview:

• Frames the choice as KERNEL hosted payments (pay with card) vs third-party wallets (Link, Shop Pay, AgentCard), with a recommendation for each.
• Adds a comparison table: what the user needs, onboarding, who approves each purchase, what pays at checkout, checkout coverage, and testing.
• Adds common use cases for each approach, and a short table for choosing between the third-party wallets.
• Keeps the shared guarantees (values stay out of your code and the model, your app verifies the purchase, the merchant's order record decides success) and the don't-retry warning.
• Removes the step-by-step lifecycle, item-type details, and the flow diagram. That material already lives in the provider guides and in "enable payments in a browser agent".

integrations/wallets/overview.mdx linked to two anchors that no longer exist. Those links now point to the walkthrough and to the new "what every approach shares" section.
