Summary
Bumps wrangler from 4.153.0 to 4.156.1, which pins miniflare 5.20261101.0-beta and so workerd 1.20261101.1. That workerd binary contains
BROTLI_DECODER_ERROR_FORMAT_BLOCK_SWITCH(checked withstringson@cloudflare/workerd-linux-64@1.20261101.1), i.e. Brotli 1.2.1. The standalone control plane andcargo xtask devpick it up.Verified:
npm ci,wrangler --versionprints 4.156.1, the installed workerd binary has the error code, andnpm run checkin web passes.The standalone image gets it with the next release.

Low risk. It only bumps the pinned wrangler dev tool, with its miniflare and workerd binaries, in package.json, the standalone package.json and the lockfile.
What it does. Bumps wrangler from 4.153.0 to 4.156.1 in the root and standalone packages. That pulls in workerd 1.20261101.1, which carries Brotli 1.2.1, for the standalone control plane and
cargo xtask dev.Standalone image. The standalone control plane image only gets the new workerd with the next release; the Standalone image workflow does not run for this change.
