Description

Refresh only docs/index.md with current ecosystem counts and an updated selection of community examples. Clarify that the 43 integration options include 41 coding-agent integrations, generic, and none; distinguish community presets from bundled presets; and remove the ambiguous author count.

Feature Product Forge, Architecture Guard, DocGuard, Quality Gates, Epic, and Linear Weave. Retain Fiction Book Writing as a separate preset example beyond software, add community vetting guidance, and update the page date. The punch line remains aligned with the README. No other documentation pages or catalog entries are changed.

Testing

  • Tested locally with uv run specify --help
  • Ran existing tests with uv sync && uv run pytest
  • Tested with a sample project (if applicable)

Documentation-only change; the CLI checks, pytest suite, and sample-project test above were not run.

docfx build docs/docfx.json --output "$PREVIEW_DIR" — passed with 0 errors and 5 warnings from unchanged configuration/pages. PREVIEW_DIR points outside the repository to the local preview output. Opened the rendered homepage in a browser.

git diff --check — passed.

AI Disclosure

  • I did not use AI assistance for this contribution
  • I did use AI assistance (fill in the disclosure below)

AI disclosure: GitHub Copilot using GPT-6.1 Sol with runtime-default reasoning settings, autonomous agent editing under human direction. Update current ecosystem counts and rotate the featured community extensions. Preserve the README-aligned punch line and identify Fiction Book Writing as a preset.

🔵 Needs a closer look

The refreshed star and contributor counts and six third-party example links are external, dynamic claims that cannot be verified from this checkout and require confirmation against the intended publication date.
