fix(parquet): bundle snappy-java so Snappy-compressed files import - #652

hardwood-core declares snappy-java optional, so ParquetImporter and the CLI -all jar failed on every Snappy page (the default of Spark, parquet-rs, DuckDB). Depend on it in parquet, cli and the integration tests, like zstd-jni. ParquetImporterTest imports a Snappy fixture; it fails without it.
