A Programa with no visible window no longer reads every pane's text every 3 seconds to look for coding agents. Agents that were already recognized keep updating their state and notifications as before. Six repeating background timers also now carry a small leeway, so macOS can fold their wakeups together instead of firing each one on the dot.
This should lower idle CPU and wakeups when the app sits hidden. It was not measured here; the idle measurement script from INC-452 is the way to check it.
Not compiled locally: this machine has no GhosttyKit.xcframework and no zig 0.16, so CI's build is the compile check.
