Stage titles showed the job word, not the model, since 0.1.27, and a d20mob coordinator that wrote its own titles opened three stages on the wrong model. /ck:plan also started every item plan at Phase 1, and check refused the hand renumbering to 9 to 11. plan.py card names a stage [R1-P9-S5] [Robin Opus medium] <title>, the model and effort it runs at. An item's plans share one phase count: check lets an item plan start anywhere and refuses two plans of one item that share a phase. plan.py next prints the item (the release, R<n>, by default) and the phase a new plan starts at; /ck:plan passes it to the draft. How we work 0.1.30 shows the new tag and says a stage session is opened only by /ck:start, from its card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Will chose two fixes on 2026-11-07: title format 1, and phases that carry on across a release (R-P-S).
Why. Since 0.1.27,
plan.py cardnamed a stage[P2-S4] [Akira design], so no title showed the model. In d20mob the A31-P9 coordinator never ran/ck:start. It wrote three titles itself, dropped the R1 prefix, passed no model, and all three sessions opened on Sonnet./ck:plan Phase 9, ...wrote Phases 1 to 3 under a new item, R1, because item plans always started at 1. They were renamed to 9 to 11 by hand, and the approved plan then failedplan.py check. What changes
plan.py cardnames a stage[R1-P9-S5] [Robin Opus medium] <title>(a fix:[R1-P9-S5 fix] [...]), using its job's or its pin's model and effort.checkcounts the 59 characters on this name.checklets an item plan start at any phase and refuses two plans of one item that share a phase. The release plan still starts at 0 or 1.plan.py next [ITEM]prints the item and the phase a new plan starts at. With no item, the item is the release: the highestR<n>underdocs/plan/, orR1./ck:planpasses that phase to the draft asfirstPhase, and resumes only a draft plan of the item.[{persona} {model} {effort}]. A stage session checks itself against its title, and is opened only by/ck:startfrom its card.git grepacrossskills/,workflows/,templates/,scripts/,agents/andprofiles/found no other old tag.Tests.
tests/run.sh: 507 passed, 0 failed. Two new plan cases covernextand the carry-on check. The title cases were refitted to the longer name. One contract wording check was dropped. On d20mob's R1 plan.
checknow passes its Phase 9 start. 9 of its 21 names are over 59 characters, by 2 to 9 characters each, and need a word or two less. That is a d20mob change, made with How we work 0.1.30 when Will says so.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
