Implement `TypeDefSetFromYaml`, `TypeDefSetToYaml`, `TypeDefFromYaml`, and `TypeDefToYaml` in `common/typedef/typedef_yaml`, supporting both concise type signatures (`list<string>`) and structured `TypeSpec` representations as well as direct YAML encoding and decoding of `cel::Aspect` maps with `cel::Constant` property values.
