A hooks-only plugin that labels each Claude Code session's herdr agent row with a short Haiku summary. Pulled from plugins/herdr-summary in basecamp/house-skills (basecamp/house-skills#58), so this merges after it.

What changed in this PR
Adds herdr-summary to the plugin marketplace so users can install the Claude Code integration that labels herdr session rows with short Haiku summaries.
Changes:
- Registers the plugin under
productivity, sourced frombasecamp/house-skillsviagit-subdir. - Adds it to the README’s Development plugins table.
This PR must merge after basecamp/house-skills#58 makes the source directory available.

…gents list basecamp/house-skills#58 now targets herdr-core and the herdr app, where the agents list shows the terminal title, and no longer reports a $summary token.

Lists herdr-summary in the marketplace, pulled with
git-subdirfromplugins/herdr-summaryin basecamp/house-skills, the same way asdev,security,aiandrecap. It keeps each Claude Code session's title on what it's working on, with a Haiku label on every prompt, so its row in herdr's agents list (herdr-core and the herdr app) names it. Merge after basecamp/house-skills#58. Until that lands,
plugins/herdr-summaryisn't on house-skills'main, so installing would fail. After both merge, I'll install it withclaude plugin install herdr-summary@37signalsand confirm it loads.
