Adds and updates Spanish translations under docs/manual/mod/: 7 previously missing modules translated from scratch (mod_authnz_ldap, mod_autoindex, mod_http2, mod_include, mod_lua, mod_md, mod_rewrite), several dozen more missing mod/* translations added, and core.xml/mod_ssl.xml/bind.xml/index.xml refreshed against the current English source (were stale). No English documentation or production code touched; directive names, lines, config examples and links are preserved unchanged from the English originals.

This is a large, mechanically-produced batch (139 files, ~48k lines). I want to be upfront: at this volume it is not realistic for me to have manually proofread every paragraph of every file for nuance. What I did verify, for every single changed file: it is well-formed XML and validates against its declared DTD (modulesynopsis.dtd / manualpage.dtd), and directive names / lines are byte-identical to the English original (so nothing that affects configuration semantics could have drifted). I also spot-checked several files in full for translation quality. I'm a native Spanish speaker and will keep maintaining and correcting this translation going forward, so please flag anything that reads wrong and I'll fix it.

Covers docs/manual/mod/ only. The rest of the Spanish tree (howto/, rewrite/, misc/, programs/, vhosts/, platform/, ssl/, and the remaining top-level pages) still needs the same treatment and is left for a follow-up PR.

  • This PR does not report or address a security vulnerability
    (see SECURITY.md and
    https://www.apache.org/security/#reporting-a-vulnerability).
  • Code follows the httpd style guide.
  • New log messages (level debug or higher) use an empty APLOGNO() tag;
numbers are assigned by a committer at merge time (see docs/log-message-tags/README).
N/A — no log messages in this change.
  • If the change is user-visible, a changes-entries/*.txt file is included,
following the template in README.CHANGES (not needed otherwise).
N/A — documentation translation only, not a behavior change.
  • Test cases based on pyhttpd are included where appropriate, in the
test/modules/xxx directory matching the modules/xxx module source,
or test/modules/core for core server changes.
N/A — documentation only, no code changes.

- mod_ssl.xml.es: SSL_SHARED_CIPHERS is colon-separated, not comma-separated.
SSLEngine syntax/usage simplified to on|off, matching current English and
  modules/ssl/ssl_engine_config.c:ssl_cmd_SSLEngine (only accepts On/Off;
Optional is deprecated-with-warning; addr:port was never a real parsed
form); removed a leftover usage paragraph still claiming 'optional'
enables RFC 2817. SSLCipherSuite: colon- not comma-separated, added the
missing optional protocol specifier and TLSv1.3 paragraph. SSLProtocol:
added the missing TLSv1.3 entry and the SNI/name-based-vhost note.
SSLOCSPEnable: added the missing 'leaf' mode and its flags.
SSLOCSPDefaultResponder: fixed a typo in the directive name inside
<syntax>. SSLProxyCipherSuite: added the missing protocol specifier and
compatibility note. SSLRandomSeed: added the missing OpenSSL 1.1.1
deprecation note and corrected the stale 'builtin' source description.
  SSLCertificateFile/SSLCertificateKeyFile: added |certid / |keyid syntax,
compatibility notes, PKCS#11 paragraph, and the structured warning note
(was a weaker inline sentence). SSLCertificateChainFile/SSLCACertificate*/
SSLCARevocation*: added the missing startup-as-root paragraph; removed a
corrupted leftover English fragment in SSLCARevocationFile's description.
SSLOptions: corrected the StrictRequire paragraph (was describing the
obsolete Satisfy-based mechanism) and added the AuthBasicFake note.
SSLStrictSNIVHostCheck: added the missing global-context inheritance
  paragraph. SSLProxyMachineCertificatePath/File: corrected the obsolete
hash-symlink description and added CA-cert inclusion support (2.4.59+)
and the PKCS1/PKCS8 warning note. SSLCryptoDevice: added the OpenSSL 3.0
PKCS#11-provider paragraph. SSLOpenSSLConfCmd: added the compatibility/
stability warning note and updated a stale OpenSSL doc URL.

- core.xml.es: LimitRequestBody/Fields/FieldSize/Line and
LimitXMLRequestBody were stale (referencing the long-removed
NameVirtualHost directive); rewritten against current English. A
systematic audit found 39 more directives with large untranslated or
stale blocks (Directory, Mutex, VirtualHost, Options, FileETag, and
others); fixed and spot-verified against current English, including
  AllowEncodedSlashes's NoDecode option, Directory's Require-all-denied
migration, and Mutex's full content. Also fixed stale <syntax> lines
  on ErrorLog/TimeOut/KeepAliveTimeout, a missing <override>All</override>
on Error, missing <example> blocks, and AccessFileName (missing opening
paragraph, a warning note, and the closing paragraph).

- bind.xml.es: reversed IPv4/IPv6 mapping direction corrected
  (IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, not IPv6-mapped-onto-IPv4).

- mod_authn_dbd.xml.es, mod_authz_dbd.xml.es: 'untaint' was translated as
'depurar' (debug) instead of 'sanear' (sanitize), losing the SQL
  injection security meaning.

- mod_mime.xml.es: RemoveOutputFilter was missing the
  case-insensitivity/leading-dot paragraph.

All fixes verified directly against the current English source and,
where relevant, the actual C implementation. Validated with
test/gha-docs-check.sh (1365 files, PASS).
