  • Rewrite the policy in all 12 languages around purposes, recipients, retention and rights. State versioned desktop defaults, shipped iOS opt-in, account-linked analytics and provider erasure by email. Keep the California statement, controller tokens, cookie control and all 26 old fragments; add #linux-usage-data and linked history/provider policies.
  • Update security copy and AI/MCP links in every locale. Style the new subheadings and avoid a duplicate contact footer. Technical fields and endpoints live in companion docs(security): update app privacy fields and controls docs#182.
  • App claims checked against main ea1eb4c2 and feat(linux): TablePro accounts and usage data TablePro#4053 at cc6a97c1, including its default-on Linux switch. Correct update hosting, AI tool rows, disabled MCP startup, Apple diagnostics, Team Library deletion and license-ask events.
  • Intentionally update wording/structure assertions in LegalPagesTest, ReviewedFactsTest, AppLabelsTest, FactsDataTest, public-request-credentials.test.ts and prose-html.test.ts. Retain factual checks and add rendered fragment, alias and provider-link checks across all locales.
  • Validation: Pint, TypeScript, build, 2,080 Pest tests, 270 SSR tests and 309 JS tests pass; one existing SSR skip because the homepage hero is supplied. Final focused checks pass. Browser checks cover all 12 locales, mobile overflow, fragment position/keyboard navigation and reopening cookie settings after decline; banned-word scan and diff checks pass.
