Adds the row for
omip, which arrives in pydevices'lib/, so the stack check stays complete once that file merges (PyDevices/pydevices#406). I ranscripts/stack.py --checkagainst a checkout holding the file: 156 rows, 0 problems. Against pydevices' current main the row points at a file that isn't there yet, so this check can fail until that pull request merges.
