Static ffmpeg and ffprobe for PlexAssistant.
Built from FFmpeg 9.0.2, under LGPL-3.0-or-later, and cut down to what a film file needs. Demuxers and parsers stay. Decoders are the common film set: H.264, HEVC, AV1, VP8, VP9, MPEG, ProRes, AAC, AC-3, DTS, TrueHD, FLAC, Opus, Vorbis, MP3, and PCM. Filters are the ones credits detection uses (blackdetect, edgedetect, scale, fps, pad). Protocols cover local files and HTTP, including signed CDN URLs.
The binaries are under the LGPL-3.0-or-later, which includes the terms of the GPL-3.0 (see COPYING). They include the Independent JPEG Group's JPEG software.
