docs(tron): order the vault tutorial last in Guides - #263

The vault tutorial led the Guides block, ahead of the four conceptual pages it builds on. It is the capstone of that group rather than an entry point: it extends TRC4626, and it cites Using with Upgrades mid-guide as background for the upgradeable deployment section. Ordering it last also fixes the page footer. Every page renders a prev/next pager derived from this tree, so leading the block sent a reader who had just finished the full build, test and deploy walk through back to the short concept pages. Last in the block, Next carries them into Tokens, which is where the tutorial's own Next steps section points for TRC-20, Creating Supply and Governance.
