Android: OpenIPC brand launcher icon and Android TV banner #260
Bring the Decoder Android app to the shared OpenIPC brand icon and TV banner.
Standard (the same in all OpenIPC Android apps)
Brand rule: the OpenIPC sign is used only alone or together with "OpenIPC" (the trade mark). It never goes next to any other word, the app name included.
Launcher icon: adaptive, vector only. Background #4C60D8 (the brand blue). Foreground: the vertical OpenIPC logo (sign with "OpenIPC" under it) in white, 54 dp wide on the 108 dp canvas, so it stays inside the 66 dp safe zone under any mask. Monochrome layer = the foreground (themed icons, Android 13+). The app name is not on the icon: the launcher shows it from android:label.
Android TV banner (320×180 dp): on the left a 180×180 square with the same icon; on the right a white panel with the app name in #4C60D8, IBM Plex Sans Bold converted to outlines (no font in the APK). The name is set in one size for all apps (fixed by the longest name, Decoder).
Manifest:android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher", android:banner="@drawable/banner", android:label="@string/app_name"; LAUNCHER and LEANBACK_LAUNCHER on the main activity; uses-featureandroid.software.leanback and android.hardware.touchscreen with required="false".
Resources are generated by our brand kit, not drawn by hand:drawable/ic_launcher_foreground.xml, drawable/ic_launcher_background.xml, drawable/banner.xml, mipmap-anydpi-v26/ic_launcher.xml.
Decoder now
mipmap/ic_launcher.webp, 256×256, one density, not adaptive; the same image is the TV banner (android:banner="@mipmap/ic_launcher"), so the banner has no app name.
Manifest already has LEANBACK_LAUNCHER and the leanback/touchscreen uses-feature; app_name is already "Decoder".
To do
Generate the resources for "Decoder"; remove mipmap/ic_launcher.webp; android:banner="@drawable/banner".
minSdk is 21: adaptive icons need API 26, so API 21–25 needs a plain vector icon in mipmap/ (blue background with the white logo). The brand kit does not generate it yet: add it there first, then use it here.
