The branch feat/docs-navigation replaces mint-tsdocs and @microsoft/api-extractor with TypeDoc for the API references. Leftovers of the old tooling stay outside that change:

• 16 .gitignore files still ignore the mint-tsdocs cache (.tsdocs, docs/.tsdocs/), e.g.

• modules/network/api-extractor.json configures api-extractor, which nothing runs any more: https://github.com/NanoForge-dev/Engine/blob/0470c096970747dbf5774420f0ca1b4d47f2927f/modules/network/api-extractor.json;
• package tsconfig.json files may still carry mint-tsdocs settings (/snippets/* paths, mdx.checkMdx).

Ideal solution or implementation

Once feat/docs-navigation is merged: remove the .tsdocs ignore lines, modules/network/api-extractor.json and any mint-tsdocs setting left in the tsconfig files.
