ClauseScout Contract review on CUAD. A fine-tuned DeBERTa model against a local 7B LLM, with verbatim quotes and a risk playbook. Test found F2 0.752 against 0.500 for keywords. Model on Hugging Face PyTorch, Transformers, FastAPI, React
