Binding named values (a NamedTuple or Dict) to a statement with a bare ? placeholder threw an unrelated error:

DBInterface.execute(SQLite.DB(), "SELECT ? AS a", Dict(:a => 1))
# before: ArgumentError: cannot convert NULL to string
# after:  SQLiteException("nameless parameters should be passed as a Vector")

sqlite3_bind_parameter_name returns NULL for a nameless ?, and unsafe_string threw on it before the existing "nameless parameters" check could run. The check now looks at the pointer.

Verification: new testset (fails on master with the ArgumentError, passes here); full Pkg.test() passes locally (SQLite 522/522, Julia 1.12).
