Moves the collections-dictionary/SortDictionaryByValue sample from net6.0 to net10.0 with current BenchmarkDotNet, xunit and test SDK packages, replaces the Assert.Same string checks (which only passed through string interning) with Assert.Equal against one expected array, adds the ThenBy tie-break, SortedDictionary and OrderedDictionary samples the updated article prints with one test each, and makes the three benchmark methods return the sorted list so the result is consumed.

…ted samples

Retarget the three projects to net10.0 and update BenchmarkDotNet, xunit,
xunit.runner.visualstudio, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk and coverlet.collector.
Replace Assert.Same string checks with Assert.Equal against one expected array,
add the ThenBy tie-break, SortedDictionary and OrderedDictionary samples with a
test each, and return the sorted list from the benchmark methods.
