docs: name Einsatzdateien .lagebuch and link the renamed sample - #18

CodeForFire/lagebuch#740 saves Einsätze as .lagebuch and renames the sample to docs/samples/uebung.lagebuch, so the download link on the Probefahrt page would 404 once that merges. .lagebuchand renames the sample todocs/samples/uebung.lagebuch.probefahrt.md: the download link points at the renamed sample. The old URL 404s once feat: save Einsätze as .lagebuch and register it in the installers lagebuch#740 merges.index.mdxandrundgang.ts: name the file.lagebuch.Merge right after CodeForFire/lagebuch#740, not before. Before then the new link 404s instead.
