通过waypoint代理访问nacos检测链接总是非法id

nacos版本是3.0.2

当我们的客户端走waypoint代理的时候 总是会显示链接未注册
跟了下源码和日志发现

这个函数中streamObserver).isReady() 总是返回false
看注释似乎与一个队列的配置有关 这个实际上指的是啥呢
不太清楚这个问题是什么引起的 请问有什么排查问题的思路
